Start the teens of June with improv based off of Juneteenth stories from guest monologist, LA Mayor Karen Bass. Mayor Bass is the first woman to be mayor of Los Angeles and was instrumental in helping Juneteenth become a national holiday. Some of the best Black improvisers in LA will be doing improv about history, freedom, and the funny characters you meet at the cookout.
