Six wordless one-man silent sketches about confidence, and a show about a fictional TV pilot.

How To Be Confident: In six simple, wordless, one-man sketches, UCB sketch daddy Arik Cohen (MTV, BBC America) does his best to convey the importance of self-love, self-worth, and self-confidence. And although his self-esteem is shakey, the comedy is always on solid footing.
