John Gemberling has been performing comedy (and light drama) for over 20 years. A veteran of the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, he came up through the NY improv scene of the early 2000s. When it was cool. In that time, he has delighted audiences on stage and screen with his bubbly, cherubic moron schtick.
He co-created and starred in the show FAT GUY STUCK IN INTERNET for Adult Swim and has written and performed for Comedy Central’s THE PRESIDENT SHOW.
John’s long list of acting credits includes BROAD CITY, THE AFTERPARTY, MARRY ME, MAKING HISTORY, BIG MOUTH, HUMAN RESOURCES, MIXED-ISH, THE GREAT NORTH, BOB’S BURGERS, MODERN FAMILY and many more!
John is, more-importantly, a loving father and devoted husband…which is, like, really fulfilling for him. So don’t talk to him too long after shows, because he really does have to get home and go to bed.
