Asher is a comedian, a writer, and a cartoonist, based in Brooklyn. He has won a WGA Award and a Peabody Award, and has been nominated seven times for an Emmy Award. Currently he is a writer for “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” a cartoonist for The New Yorker, and a best-selling author of two books: “Well, This Is Me,” and “Hi, It’s Me Again.” He is an alumnus of The Second City, iO, and The Improvised Shakespeare Company.
