Oscar comes from a frenetic (yet loving) Latinx family in South Florida, a proud first-gen byproduct of divorced immigrant parents transposing his “life experiences” into a silly sense of humor — as if joking about things was the only way to process life. Currently, Oscar is a Staff Writer for Phineas and Ferb at Disney Television Animation. He is also legally obliged to express an undying love for his cats.
