All little boys want their dads to be superheroes. What if you found out your dad was a made-man in an organized crime family?
All little boys want their fathers to be superheroes. Anthony DeVito’s father died when he was a baby from a car accident. Armed with only one photo of the two of them, he created a loving, gentle and caring vision of his Dad. And his father was all of those things. Then, at 18 years old, Anthony’s Mom finally told him who his Dad really was—a made-man in an organized crime family. Over the course of this show, Anthony pieces together his father through newspaper findings, familial anecdotes and an acclaimed book written about the family. Come watch a funny and heartfelt story of family discovery told by a seasoned NYC comedian.
