Born on a US Naval base in Japan and raised Jewish in a Virginia town that’s very much NOT Jewish, Arik’s outsider complex has helped him write jokes for MTV, BBC America, and more. He was a founding member of the long-running sketch team Bombardier, and currently directs sketch shows and teaches sketch comedy. He also writes and directs short films which have hit the festival circuit.
