Melissa is a comedy writer and performer (in that order). In addition to writing for Maude night, she’s performed improv at UCB and the Pack Theater. In her free time she likes to drive out to a marshy area and practice getting out of quicksand. In her words, “there’s a lot of sand out there, and I don’t know that I’ll always be able to tell whether it’s quick or regular just by looking at it.”
